Dave Chomitz has been helping people buy and sell homes in Northumberland County since 1989. My focus has always been primarily on the communities of Cobourg and Port Hope, together with the surrounding townships (Hamilton, Haldimand-Alnwick and Hope).
But this was a function of where most of the business is. My active market ranges from Oshawa to Brighton and north to Rice Lake and Campbellford. Which includes Welcome, Newtonville, Canton, Elizabethville, Bewdley, Gores Landing, Baltimore, Hastings, Cold Springs, Camborne, Grafton, Wiclow and all points in between.
